Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms below.
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We will provide instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
In cases of faulty or defective items, we will provide instructions for a return at no cost. In some cases, a return may not be required and a refund or replacement may be offered instead.

Returns should be sent to the address provided by our support team, which is based in Ireland.
This address may differ from our registered business address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, defective, or incorrect.
Change of Mind (EU Customers)
If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item under distance selling regulations. We have extended this to 60 days.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Earrings & Pierced Jewellery (Hygiene Policy)
For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery are not eligible for return once opened or worn.
If your item is returned unopened and in its original sealed packaging, we may accept a return in line with our standard returns policy.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Discount Codes
From time to time we may offer discount codes to be used at checkout. These discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with automatic discounts applied when purchasing multiple items. Please apply your discount code and choose the best available offer at checkout.
